To ensure that your dental plan is one that will be accepted in our office, when calling to make your initial appointment, please verify with us your plan information. Most often, we will be able to tell you over the phone if yours is a plan we will accept.

We accept all major dental insurance plans with the exception of the following:

- Any HMO Plan
- Employers Dental Service (EDS)
- AHCCCS Related Dental Plans

Insurance Companies we are "In-Network" with:

- Met Life
- Aetna
- United Concordia
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona
- Delta Premier

Schmidtke Dental does not accept responsibility for any portion of the cost of treatment that is not covered by your insurance plan. Every plan is different in so many ways, that it is virtually impossible for us to estimate exactly what insurance will pay. We always try our best to get the most accurate information for the patient, but unfortunately, insurance is always unpredictable.
