when calling to make your initial appointment,

Most often, we will be able to tell you over the phone if yours is a plan we will accept.

- Employers Dental Service (EDS)
- AHCCCS Related Dental Plans

Schmidtke Dental does not accept responsibility for any portion of the cost of treatment that is not covered by your insurance plan. Every plan is different in so many ways, that it is virtually impossible for us to estimate exactly what insurance will pay. We always try our best to get the most accurate information for the patient, but unfortunately, insurance is always unpredictable.

We also offer INTEREST FREE payment plans through Care Credit! Apply directly in our office, or visit www.CareCredit.com to apply online. Our office offers up to *12 Months with 0% Interest. Please call for additional information.
